CANCELLATION POLICY
A reminder to my lovely clients:
if they need to re-schedule / cancel their appointment –
please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may have to be applied. This fee will be 50% of the total appointment if cancelled between 48 – 24 hours’ notice and a full appointment charge
if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Having this policy in place will help to manage the diary efficiently
and ensure all clients get the appointments they need.
