COVID-19 Statement


On the day of your appointment, if you or anyone in your family are currently displaying or have displayed any of the following symptoms in the last 48 hours, you must not come to the salon.

What to expect when you arrive at 92-hair

  • I am asking for all clients to stay in their cars until I send a message or come and get you!

  • There will be hand sanitiser by the door. Can clients please use this when arriving at the salon.

  • I will be wearing a full face visor and medical grade type II mask. As Government guidelines have been updated, as of the 8th August members of the public must wear face coverings in salons. If necessary the client can remove their face mask for a treatment to be carried out.

  • After each client, the salon will be disinfected and all touch points cleaned.

  • All gowns, towels, hand towels and my apron will be disposable or freshly laundered and changed between each client.

  • Unfortunately, I will not be able to serve drinks at this time (gutting).

  • However, please feel free to bring your own water bottle/keep cup of tea, coffee or gin (whatever is your fav).

  • I also will not be providing magazines but again, please feel free to bring your own or a good book.

  • I ask that you attend the salon alone.

  • Only clients allowed in the salon at the same time are those from the same household.

  • 92-Hairs complete COVID-19 risk assessment is available on request.


The attendance of a scheduled appointment at 92-Hair, demonstrates agreement by the client to being bound by the terms and conditions stated above.

If a client is unable to agree with any of the above terms and conditions stated above, then they must contact Jade and not attend the salon.

Throughout the above terms and conditions, the use of "I' refers to Jade of 92-Hair, with the use of "you" referring to a client of 92-Hair.
